Real nourishment

A survey was taken at the University of Chicago. Graduate students were asked where they got most of their ideas about morality and religion. The majority sad "Through conversation with the family at meal times." That’s food for thought.

Thanksgiving, the holy day that centers on the family meal, accomplishes what I heard 20-year-old Elizabeth Chesto urge in a speech to family-life ministers; "Don’t try to make the home more like church; make the church more like home."
